Retrain for a new job or career!

Seattle Central Community College provides retraining opportunities for laid off, unemployed and dislocated workers in the State of Washington. Our program is a partnership between community and technical colleges and the state Employment Security Department to provide job training to eligible members of Washington’s workforce. Many of our professional and technical programs are eligible to be pursued through the Worker Retraining program.

Some of the benefits available to eligible persons are: tuition assistance, course-required books and supplies, assistance with TAA and NAFTA paperwork, and career planning services.
