At Square One you can enjoy a quick and casual meal in the sky–lit Atrium or in our cozy bistro. Dine on fresh market salads, daily soups, and chowders (made from house-made stocks). Our wood-fired oven cooks up artisanal pizzas, freshly-made pastas, and local seafood including Wild Silver Salmon, Dungeness crab, Penn Cove Mussels, and Oysters from the Hood Canal. Pasture raised meats and poultry are grilled and roasted, and are accompanied by organic, local, and seasonal produce. Got a sweet tooth? Sip an espresso by Café Vita coffee and enjoy baked goods from our Specialty Desserts & Breads department.

Note: Due to the academic schedule, our restaurants are closed several weeks of the year so please check our current hours of operation. Summer quarter the dining room will be open Tuesday through Thursday as the students will be serving their small-plates menu.
