After spending 8 years of his childhood in South Africa, Brandon returned home to the East Coast of the U.S. with a deep appreciation and understanding of what it means to have an active-lifestyle. Witnessing first hand the variety of sports and activities to be found in other parts of the world helped focus his academic aspirations toward human anatomy and physical fitness. After earning his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Brandon saw his focus on bodybuilding and strength training evolve into a passion for rehabilitative training and went on to pursue a degree as a physical therapy assistant. After receiving his AAS in Physical Therapy Assisting, Brandon immersed himself in two different traineeships – one with a skilled nursing facility and the other in an outpatient wellness center. Now equipped with the expanded knowledge and skill set to be found in the world of physical therapy, he is returning to his first love of personal training ready to help you get in the best shape of your life.
Working with clients to help them achieve their goals – whether it’s in weight management, toning, muscular strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, or just overall body conditioning. They will develop a program for each individual on their journey to becoming healthier that will be fun and effective.
