Level 1 is an all levels class. We offer different levels of progressive for each pose and every individual can take it to the level of difficulty that feels right for them.
Each class is designed to incorporate proper breathing techniques, stretching, isolated movements, and dynamic flow.
Level 2 classes are designed to take you to the intermediate level where you will expand on your strength, stamina, and flexibility as you are given options to take more advanced poses.
Both classes are taught in a vinyasa style meaning that all of the movement’s flow together and synchronize with your breath. All body types and styles can do these classes so please come get your yogi on with us!
