This is a multi-level full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.
Class format will change slightly every day but will include the essentials; cardio, strength training, and a proper cool down. Some of the things you will see in class are pushups, sit-ups, lunges, light weights, resistance band work, etc. Different levels of difficulty will be offered for most exercises but you should be aware of your own limitations.
