In this class you will practice Yoga and TBC (Total Body Conditioning) fundamental techniques, as well as proper alignment, and ways to adjust your level of intensity. Perfect for those just discovering these forms of exercise and those looking to fine tune their methods.
The first half of the class will be spent exploring the essential yoga poses such as child’s pose, down dog, table top, and tree. The second half will focus on conditioning exercises such as squats, lunges, sit-ups, and pushups. Please make sure you bring water and wear proper shoes and clothing.
