Boxing for Fitness

Boxing for fitness – learn the fundamentals of Boxing, get fit. This class covers fundamental boxing skills and advanced conditioning exercises. Our boxing training provides one of the most demanding full body workouts of any sport.

Boxing will increase muscle tone, lower body fat, improve reflexes and upper body strength. You will learn advanced conditioning exercises while sharpening your newly acquired Boxing skills. You will also learn how to apply these techniques to Boxing equipment as well as enjoying a total body work out.

It will unquestionably put you in superior physical condition. Not to worry there is no actual sparring combat.
