Seattle Central will conduct business as usual until instructed to do otherwise by local or state officials. We are monitoring the situation closely and will follow the Seattle Community College District Pandemic Flu plan. We have no reports of any Swine Flu cases on our campus at this time.
If you have flu symptoms, you are strongly urged to stay at home.
Human symptoms for this new type of swine flu are similar to the symptoms of the regular “seasonal” influenza that happens each year. Symptoms include fever, cough and sore throat. In addition, fatigue, lack of appetite, runny nose, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea have been reported.
