Our vision and mission is to enhance opportunities for job seekers while highlighting individual choice. We provide voluntary learning
opportunities through our centralized location in the heart of Seattle. We also provide training based on work experience
settings, both at our campus and in the community.
Mainstay, a career resource and supported employment program, was established in 1980 in partnership with Seattle Central Community
College. Mainstay supports the community and business by matching individuals with varied capabilities and backgrounds to employers'
needs.
Mainstay's goal is to assist and support people with disabilities in reaching financial and personal independence by gaining employment
in the competitive workplace.
