Email Adder for Google Apps

You can add the email addresses of all your students to your seattlecentral.edu google apps address book. You will need to log into your google apps account. Go to the address below. After you click on that link Google will ask you if you want to grant access to your address book. After you do that, you'll see a simple page describing how the process went. Your address book will then contain email addresses and email groups for the students in the classes you teach.

Please keep in mind that this system can only add addresses and groups based on the information it has at the time you run the app. This means you may have to run this app several times at the beginning of the quarter to get the addresses of any later-enrolling students. Also, the addresses of students who drop a class will not be removed, so you'll have to do that yourself.

If you have any problems, such as students not listed, students in the wrong groups etc... please let us know. This is a new app, and we would love feedback.
