IT Services - Accounts and Logins
Accounts Overview

For nearly all computer functions you need to know your SID (system identifier). Find your SID or have it sent to you at https://inside.seattlecolleges.com/AdTool/ and select the option to request a SID and/or PIN.

All Employees Have

  1. Exchange e-mail
    • Arranged by your department when you are hired or on request by your department.
    • Login name is usually the first initial of your first name followed by your last name
    • Initial password is set by district staff and sent to your department e-mail person
    • Check login and account info at https://inside.seattlecolleges.com/AdTool/
  2. Citrix Account
    • Created weekly. You may have to wait a few days. Your Citrix account is created after you have an exchange account.
    • Login is your Exchange e-mail login name.
    • Initial password is the last six digits of your SID. You will be asked to change your password the first time you login. (we recommend using your Exchange e-mail password.)

  3. Space for work-related website
    • Go to http://seattlecentral.edu/it-services/index.php and select the menu option ‘Web Account Request’
    • Fill out the form and click ‘Go’ to submit your request.
    • You will be sent an e-mail with your login information once your web account has been created.

NOTE: Some Staff members have accounts on the administrative HP300 system. These are managed by district staff and require a request from the appropriate supervisor. Contact Siegal helpdesk at 587-4128

All Students and All Employees Have EdNet logins which provide

  1. Google mail account @seattlecentral.edu
  2. WiFi account
  3. Student Network Logins
    1. To use computers in labs and in the library
    2. For faculty to use demo rooms.
    3. Access to the O: for storage on the student network
  4. Web page space on the student network

    5. To find your login name use the EdNet Login Name List

    Password is the last 6 digits of your SID and remains that password
