Students are able to live in the Studios on Broadway for a two quarter license period: Fall and Winter quarters or Spring and Summer quarters.
Housing fees for the Studios on Broadway vary depending on the duration of the license period and the number of people per unit. Housing fees are divided into three types:

The Studios license fee does not include a meal plan but each room has a kitchen, and the Studios are within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Residents can also eat at on-campus restaurants and cafés during college operating hours.
Housing fees include the cost of electric, water, garbage, sewer, and high speed internet. Limited on-site parking and secure bike storage are available for an additional fee. Students wishing to setup telephone or cable television service may do so, but these costs are not included in the housing fees.
Payment of all housing fees is due in advance and must be received within 10 business days of accepting one's housing placement. Applicants who do not submit full payment within the time allotted may lose their housing placement. Housing fees are non-refundable. Students are encouraged to read through our payment and refund policies thoroughly before accepting their placement and submitting payment.
