Housing Fees

Utilities

Housing fees include the cost of electric, water, garbage, sewer, and high speed internet. Limited on-site parking and secure bike storage are available for an additional fee. Students wishing to setup telephone or cable television service may do so, but these costs are not included in the housing fees.

Linens package

A linens package is included in the housing fee for students choosing the 9 or 12 month license periods. Included in this package are bed sheets, pillowcases, one pillow, a comforter and cotton blanket, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Once students submit payment, they will receive a linens package form to fill out so they can choose their own design. The package will then be delivered and waiting for them when they move in.
