Housing Fees

New international students are able to live in the Studios on Broadway when they first enroll at Seattle Central. Housing fees for the Studios on Broadway vary depending on the duration of the license period and the number of people per unit. Housing fees are divided into three types:

•Occupancy Fee: The non-refundable cost of living in the Studios on Broadway. Occupancy fees are based on the number of months of the license period and on the number of residents per unit.
•Restoration Fee: A $300 non-refundable maintenance and cleaning fee.
•Damage Deposit: A $300 deposit for damages to the unit or to the Studios on Broadway. This deposit is returned, less any charges for damages at the conclusion of the license period.
