Meal plan

Housing fees do not include a meal plan but each room has a kitchen, and the Studios are within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Residents can also eat at on-campus restaurants and cafés during college operating hours.

Utilities

Housing fees include the cost of electric, water, garbage, sewer, and high speed internet. Limited on-site parking is available for an additional fee. Students wishing to setup phone or cable television service may do so, but at an additional cost.

Linens package

Housing fees for 9, 12, or 15 month license periods include a linens package with the following: bed sheets, pillowcases, one pillow, a comforter and cotton blanket, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Upon payment of the housing fees, students will receive a form to order their preferred design. The package will then be delivered and waiting for them when they move in.

Renter's liability insurance

Housing fees include renter's insurance. Renter's insurance protects personal belongings but also offers liability coverage. For more information about the policy, visit https://www.geico.com/information/aboutinsurance/renters/.

Payment

Housing fees are due in advance and must be received within 10 business days of accepting one's housing placement. Applicants who do not pay in full within 10 business days may lose their housing placement. Housing fees are non-refundable. Students are encouraged to read our payment and refund policies before accepting their placement and making payment.
