On-campus Apartments

Seattle Central offers campus housing for international students in The Studios on Broadway. The studios, located directly across the street from campus, were constructed in 2010 and provide shared apartment-style housing for nearly 80 international students.

To live in the Studios on Broadway, new international students must be at least 17 years of age by the move in date. Since most students living in the studios are 18 or older, 17 year-old students should be independent, mature and responsible enough to live on their own.
