Medical Insurance Requirements

The cost of medical care in the United States is very high. For this reason, International students are required to have adequate accident and medical insurance which include benefits particular to international students.

Students at Seattle Central Community College are required to purchase the Seattle Community College District insurance policy; students will be charged automatically when registering for classes each quarter. Students must also be certain to have insurance coverage during vacation quarters. Please remind your students to buy it!
