Seattle Central Foundation Scholarships

2009-2010 SCCC Foundation scholarship application deadline is closed for all applicants.

Thank you to the nearly 500 students who applied for a SCCC Foundation scholarship this year. Applications are now being reviewed. To give the proper attention to each applicant’s materials and scholarship eligibility, notifications to all applicants may not be sent until after the end of spring quarter. A date for the transfer awards ceremony has yet to be determined. We apologize for the delay.

The Foundation provides scholarships each year for our new, returning and transfer students. If you’re planning to attend SCCC in 2010-2011 or will be a SCCC graduate in spring 2010 continuing your education at a four-year institution, you can apply next winter for a Foundation scholarship. Scholarships are open to students from all backgrounds, academic levels and personal experiences.

Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of many individuals, corporations and foundations. Their annual and endowed scholarship gifts provide our Seattle Central students with the opportunity to achieve their educational goals. Their dreams are our dreams, and the Foundation gratefully acknowledges their support.
