Below are several articles and two websites that you will read or survey in preparation for class on the dates listed.  You do not have to print everything-pay attention to the notes for each item.  I have a hard copy you can photocopy if you prefer.

Feb. 17th--wwwsamhsa.gov.  Browse around and find three interesting pieces of information from this site.  You do not need to print anything.

Feb. 19h--Americans with Disabilities Act  http://www.ada.gov/cguide.htm-  A Guide to Disability Rights Laws-Review the various areas that are covered by the ADA.  You do not need to print anything.

Feb. 24th--A Roof Over Every Bed in King County: Our Community's Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness

  You do not need to print the entire document, but do read it.  Know what the "principal actions to end homelessness" are as well as the subpopulations discussed in the article.
