Searching the Internet for information of any kind requires:

  • A computer which has an Internet connection
  • A browser - an application program that provides a way to look at and interact with all the information on the World Wide Web. (Netscape or I-Explorer)
  • The ability to start a computer and activate the browser
  • The ability to articulate what it is you need to know
