This seminar series is a survey of sustainable principles and practices from a variety of starting points. Each seminar will help us further define environmental, economic and social sustainability, how it fits into society and our personal lives.

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Define sustainability
• Appreciate the diversity of the sustainability movement
• Relate sustainability to intended professions
• Justify their perception of a sustainable future
