Making
Requests Card Game
**Card
sets are composed of request cards (marked with a ?) and matching reply
cards (marked with a check)
Instructions:
- One
student in each group - deal out 7 cards to each player.
Remaining cards - put face down in the middle of
the group.
- Players
should discard any matching request and reply cards that they have in their
hand
- Players
take turns giving a reason and then making a request to a specific person in the group based on the
cards in their hand. Ask one person at a time and then your turn is
finished! Take a card from the pile each time
your turn is finished until the pile is depleted.
- If player
asked has the matching reply cards, s/he should agree
to the request (elaborate) , and give the card to the person requesting. (That
player then discards both cards).
- If the
player does not have the card, s/he
should refuse the request
with an
appropriate reason.
In that case, the person requesting
has to draw another card from the pile.
- The
player who has the most number of pairs wins the game!
