Visual Media Courses
Visual Media and Tele Courses enable students to complete college level courses via *DVD or through the Seattle Community College' cable channel, SCC-TV (channel 28 in Seattle). These courses are the perfect option for students with busy schedules, family responsibilities, or who work during the day.

Visual Media courses involve viewing programs on DVD's, reading textbook assignments, and completing lessons outlined in the corresponding study guide. Telecourses are identical to Visual Media courses with the exception that students view the programs on TV at specified times.

There are no required on-campus meetings. However, some courses require students to take their exams on campus. Students who are unable to come to campus to take their exams may find their own proctor to supervise exams.

Tuition Information: State tuition applies. Covered by Financial Aid.

Additional fees: $65.00 licensing and rental fee per course.
