• turned off zephir2
• returned zephir dns entry to normal
• worked on cfrun SCCC::Infoserver problem

Tuesday the 21st

• changed edison tape
• tested firewall switcher
• installed firewall_watcher (woo hoo!)
• looks like I can't ssh to desktop from outside or from desktop to c3po.
• made installpm.pl script

Monday the 20th

• stopped version watcher thingies on arthurs
• made sure backups are actually backing up...
• filled out this stupid log for all of last week from memory... ack..
• filed leave
• worked on firewall failure detection/failover invocation script.

Friday the 17th

• got switch manipulation script working for firewall failover system

Thursday the 16th

• worked on firewall failure detection and failover system
• fixed assessment web page again

Wed the 15th

• worked on firewall failure detection and failover system

Tues the 14th

• worked on firewall failure detection and failover system

Thurs thru Mon, 7th-13th

• gone for Erikka's Wedding!

• made space on exchange server
• touched passwd_age on waldoa and waldob
• firewall emergency (argh!)

Tuesday the 5th

• Signed me contract
• problems on Agassi - screwed up password, got locked out. Fixed that.
• made copy of Fedora7 mirror onto my mobile drive
• changed passwords on:
  • Waldoa
  • Waldob
  • SSH key at work
  • pgp key
• found out what kind of disks syldavia needs
• worked on fixing assessment database thing
• worked on SCCC::Infoserver installer thing

Monday the 4th

• made nagios happy with new celeste DHCP

• checked up on Zephir2 - yum & rsync

• made memuse on zephir more verbose - should print out stuff from proc when confused
• changed passwords for
  1. desktop at home
  2. SSH key at home
  3. gorilla database
• make sure Net::DNS is 0.60 or newer - removed from all machines
• worked on making SCCC::Infoserver install correctly

Friday the 3rd

• biglist not new - changed HP3k Passwd
• fixed prngrabber vmmon kernel module
• fixed cfrun on zephir2
• wrote up failover instructions for Larry/Kevin
• tried to find model# for syldavia for spare drives

Thurs the 2nd

• flipped edison tape
• worked on freeing up old celeste's hardware
• helped Kevin w SSL and LO

Wed the 1st

• fixed perl/cpan on zephir
• fixed rsync on edisons
• finished zephir2!
  1. made a real dhcp entry for zephir2
  2. made dns entry for zephir2
  3. set up firewall rules
  4. rsyncs every 5 minutes
  5. got cfrun working
