We offer a rich array of classes and services, academics and professional technical programs.
The Deaf Interpreter Training Certificate Program is a six-quarter program that prepares deaf individuals to work as interpreters for deaf consumers with special needs and deaf-blind consumers.
The Interpreter Training Program is one of the few two-year (six quarter) A.A.S.- T degree programs in interpreting in Washington. The program prepares graduates to facilitate communication between deaf and hearing people using American Sign Language and English.
Graduates of The School of Opticianry are fully qualified to sit for the state's licensing examination. Within two years you could be a Licensed Dispensing Optician enjoying exceptional vocational security and personal rewards.
The Respiratory Care program offers a two year - seven quarter curriculum which prepares individuals for entry into respiratory care and for the Registry Credentialing Exam given by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
The three-quarter Surgical Technology program offers a certificate, and consists of instructions in the basic sciences, medical terminology, surgical functions in the operating room, operating room equipment, and aseptic technique.
The Deaf Studies Pathway offers two full years of intensive study in American Sign Language and Deaf Culture leading to an A.A. degree. It is the only two-year program in Deaf Studies in Western Washington and is designed to prepare students for employment or continued studies related to Deaf people and their language.
The Dental Hygiene program offers a two year - seven quarter curriculum which offers an A.A.S.-T degree, and includes dental hygiene theory, lab, and clinical practice courses preparing students to work in a variety of professional and community settings.
The Registered Nursing program offers an A.A.S.-T degree with a two-year curriculum, which includes general education courses, nursing theory, lab, and clinical practice courses.
